Payment methods: We accept Visa and Master Charge. Please list account number, expiration date of card and security code. Minimum order is $10.00 plus $10.00 minimum handling and shipping. (Shipping to a business address is cheaper than to residential!) Cashier's checks or money orders will avoid delay of personal checks being held for bank clearance. We try to ship within 24 hours of receipt of order.

We accept ALL major credit cards, or certified funds only. Minimum orders $10.00. Please have part number, credit card number, expiration date, security code and billing address (also shipping address if different) ready when you call.

Shipping Charges:

Basic shipping in USA is (UPS) ground.

Texas residents add 8.25 % sales tax.

Minimium shipping charge $10.00, except freight truck,which will be shipped freight collect handling charge (packaging, etc.).

Merchandise shipped by freight truck must be prepaid.

UPS 2-day air inside U.S.A. including Alaska and Hawaii add handling etc.

Shipments to Canada are actual shipping and add handling charge, etc.

Handling and shipping depends on size and weight of package.

If an order is too large or heavy to ship as above it will be shipped by best means, freight collect, add handling, packaging, etc.

Foreign orders are subject to size under 42 inch girth.

Back Orders:

We only back order items we feel will be back in stock within a very short time. We will cancel items we feel may be out of stock longer than a few days. Please specify if you want or don't want anything back ordered.

Damaged Shipments:

Inspect your order immediately and report any damaged parts to the shipping company. (UPS, Post Office or freight company) Keep the original package and packing materials for the shipping representative to inspect. The shipping company will process your claim.

Return Merchandise:

If a part is defective or not the correct item ordered, we will pay shipping both ways, cheapest way. (UPS). All merchandise returned must have a copy of the original invoice. Returned merchandised may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical items are non-returnable.

Prices:

We strive to keep prices current, but we reserve the right to change prices, or withdraw products without notice.

Parts Availability:

We add new items or change sources faster than we can print new catalogs. If you don't see a part listed, we may be in the process of adding it to our catalog. We make many of our own parts, so they may be on the way, but not in stock yet.
